Vulcan County’s Council Meetings are held on Wednesdays and immediately following the County’s Municipal Planning Commission Meeting, which starts at 9:00 a.m. Agendas for Council Meetings are available on the Monday prior to a Meeting.
The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) is the Subdivision and Development Authority and may only perform such powers and duties as specified in: Municipal Planning Commission Bylaw, Land Use Bylaw, Municipal Government Act (MGA), and by resolution of Council.
