Canada Post Strike Impacting Mail Delivery

Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour disruption due to a strike, which will impact mail delivery services across the country, including here in our municipality. Alternative invoice & payment options for each service are available and will be in effect until mail service returns to normal.

As a result, please be aware of the following service impacts:

  • Tax levies that are overdue remain outstanding
  • Penalties will still be issued
  • Call our office if you need assistance

How to pay:

  • EFT, online banking, call us with credit card
  • Drop off a cheque at a County Office (during office hours, or after hours using the secure drop box at the County Administration Building – front of building)

Planning & Development:

  • Permit applications can be made in person at the County Administration Building or by emailing forms to devassist@vulcancounty.ab.ca
  • Payments will be accepted in person, or by EFT, online banking, or over the phone using a credit card
  • For questions, please call Development Services at 403-485-3135
