Celebrating 75 Years Together

Since 1951, Vulcan County has been shaped by the people, farms, ranches, businesses, and communities that make this region such a special place to call home. As we celebrate our 75th Anniversary, we look forward to connecting with residents throughout the year and marking this milestone together.

The County’s anniversary celebrations are already underway. We kicked off the summer by participating in the Arrowwood Centennial Parade on May 30, followed by the Vulcan Spock Days Parade on June 13. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate and helped make these events such a memorable success.

Our next stop is the Champion 115th Anniversary Parade on July 4 at 10:30 a.m. Residents are encouraged to watch for Vulcan County Councillors and staff along the parade route and help us celebrate 75 years of community, agriculture, and rural living.
Be sure to give them a wave as they pass by!
